We are a successful venture capital company with a track record of delivering strong returns to investors and have €30 million under management. We invest equity capital in fast growing unquoted companies on a long-term basis.
Following on from the success of our previous funds we are raising a €70-€75 million Fund that will invest in expanding companies across the island of Ireland. We will invest €1-€5 million in each portfolio company, and investees will be sourced from a range of sectors including support services, leisure and fitness, clean tech, waste services, med tech, engineering, food and ICT.
In addition to the prospective financial returns and the portfolio diversity that the Fund offers, NCB's proprietary deal flow is of interest to investors seeking access to:
- co-investment opportunities alongside the Fund
- new markets or business segments for their existing businesses
- Intellectual Property portfolios of investees
- entrepreneurial companies
